The radar this morning is alive with a long line of showers/rain/storms as another Ridge moves out to the Sea. It is our best chance to see some possible storm activity. After this system clears out, storm chances from this morning modelling systems goes back to a fairly neutral weather pattern and they become scarce at this stage. Just have to check each new run.

The doppler is showing some fairly decent wind in the front coming through. Which areas will be affected the most is a wait and see how far North the Ridge can move over to the East before clearing. This best plan is to just keep an eye on the radar and “if” storms do build and meet the criteria for BoM to issue a warning, listen or look out for those as well.

At this stage, (07:43) this morning , there are no thunderstorms detected. Just a gusty squall line in the front of the ridge.

Below is the radar sweeps.
