Nice past few days..No drizzle here. The ground seems to be drying up pretty quick assisted by a bit of breeze..Nights are a bit nippy though but to be expected.

We missed that little weather window but hopefully there may be another break to get out on the water next early next week...

Bunyip just love the steels..For plinking resettable is good..although I'd love to make aup a texas star....I got a set of these the other day....they are good...

I got a small rimfire dueling tree also with 5mm thick mild steel paddles and then i bought a set of 6 inch 3/8 thick AR 500 paddles to make up a centrefire tree...just need to get some at least quarter inch angle iron for it as you cant actually buy hardened steel angle I'm told ..The only way to get it is to oxy up some strips and weld it myself....and thats not going to happen..

I'll get that one done first and then think on a Texas star..I have some pillow block bearings with which I'd like to make up a swinging target as well...

What was the issue with your star Bunyip...and how are you cutting up the plough discs..?
