Yes . I had noticed the stark contrast between the NH and SH. The NH Pacific temperature profile is amazing .Warm everywhere.

It will certainly be interesting this spring/ summer. A cooler SST usually implies less convection.

Will follow with interest. The continuing dry dew points are in line with this colder SST anomaly around Australia l suppose

Could this weaken our spring storm aeason as well?
