More rain today with heavy falls this morning, meanwhile the current system is moving south I would expect that this warning will extend further south

Severe Thunderstorm Warning - Southeast Queensland
for HEAVY RAINFALL
For people in parts of Gympie, Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Moreton Bay Council Areas.

Issued at 11:41 am Wednesday, 12 February 2020.

Weather Situation:

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours.

Locations which may be affected include Gympie, the area southeast of Gympie and Pomona.

50 mm rainfall was recorded at Baroon Boat Camp in the hour to 11:30 am AEST.
