Storm slowly moving North this arvo

See the Cape is without phone and Internet from a broken cable at Davies Creek last night.
Was there a real flush there last night or some other cause?

Not sure what is going on @28 , a few blokes here are saying it will be a real wet March , but I am not seeing it at the mo.
We have had floods in April as well so still a couple of months to get some decent rain days.
