No, the guy didn't drive off, he couldn't get out of the parking space and get past me, which is why he hit me. Had my hand on the horn too, but he kept on coming. I had my car running but couldn't move forward as there was a fence and canal right in front of me. I probably shouldn't have been stopped there, but also, he should have looked in every direction. I felt a bit sorry for him actually.
