Strangely, not much wildlife, just a family of wallabies just out of town. The moon makes a difference.
Get first light coming over the hill at Lappa. Gotta worry about horses between there & Petford.

I wonder how much "winter" we'll get here this year. It was pretty close to perfect weather last year generally. We hardly had any really cold days.

Remember in my first year here it did get cold. Blustery winds in the daytime, blowing straight through my (unsuitable) jumper as I walked down the street. That was the year after Yasi. I swear that thing changed our weather.
