It has been a strange year Scott, Even though the numbers say we had a normal wet , it does not feel that way.
With no real monsoon events and only really a couple of small flows in the creek.
Living here is magical , however the summers are starting to get to both of us and sometimes we wonder if a move
to an area with a little less rain and the high humidity not quite so bad might be on the cards in the next few years.
It would be nice to grow a better garden and not slosh around as much.

Funny you mention the Makkies, had a FB memory come up 2 days back of us smashing them about 10 years back, and I have
been checking lines and cleaning the boat the last couple of days. Now just need the weather to drop a few times this
year to be able to get amongst them.

Not sure how the forecast wet winter down south will influence our season, would be nice to get some of that old
postcard weather from years back.

Just 2mm in the tube this morning keeping things sloppy enough to bog the quad this morning on our dog run, pig trap check.

Cheers
