At 1:30 pm : The temperature has been rising quite slowly and since 11:30am has been rising quite slowly whilst remaining very cold. So far it has reached a maximum of 14.2 C under overcast skies after temporarily dropping back slightly at midday. The temperature at the moment is 2.4 C lower than the same time yesterday. The apparent temperature hasn't risen past 13 C (11 C below the average for this time of day) and the lowest previously in May for the hour of 1pm is 14.6 C in 2019.
