Notes of yesterday weather - 24/10/20: Cloudy with Cu and Sc clouds and Ns/Cb clouds from the middle of the day. Thundery light to moderate rain in the early afternoon, followed by light rain and drizzle and some thunder as the rain shifted away to the east as thunderstorms. Light to moderate rain periods then during the rest of the afternoon clearing in the early evening. In the early hours the temperature fell slowly and became very warm, then returned to near average in the morning while rising quickly. The maximum temperature was reached was reached in the middle of the day before the rain started. The temperature fell with the rain and became cold from 2pm, stabilised in the mid afternoon, then fell from later in the afternoon while returning to near average and then fell a little slowly in the evening and became slightly above average later in the evening. Moderately high and near stable dew point early in the day, rose early in the morning and then fell a little while easing to slightly above average later in the morning. The dew point rose with the start of the rain, then rose slowly moderately high, became stable from the mid afternoon, then fell from later in the afternoon while remaining moderately high. Relative humidity was slightly below average early in the day while stabilising, returned to near average during the morning and then slightly above average from the mid morning. With the rain the relative humidity rose sharply and became very high, rose slowly or stabilised in the afternoon with the rain and easing slightly to high while rising very slowly in the evening. Light E to ENE winds in the early hours, calm winds later in the early hours, light N to NE winds from the morning before light ENE to NE winds with the start of the rain. In the mid afternoon winds temporarily backed to WNW to SSW as the thundery rain cleared, then calm winds before light E to NE winds later in the afternoon and early in the evening before N to NE with calm winds at times later in the evening.

Today: The temperature fell slowly before stabilising later in the early hours and warm or slightly warm. This morning the temperature have remained slightly warm while rising quickly. The dew point fell initially in the early hours slightly above average before stabilising later in the early hours moderately high. This morning the dew point have remained moderately high which rose early in the morning before generally stabilising but have been a little variable. Relative humidity was near average and stable early in the day and then fell quickly in the morning close to average. Calm winds early, light NE to NW winds early this morning became SW to SE in the past 45 minutes.
