I think we've already got about half our whole season's rainfall in the first 9 days. 325mm already. Bearing in mind our whole season is probably equal to a coastal month's falls...lol.
Reckon Chillagoe is making up for our lack of rain last year. I went away mid January to mid February & completely missed the wet Season. The few falls we had before and after were brief storm rains.
Just started raining now. "Moderate" but heavy for here. Should get at least 10-15mm, maybe 25-30 if it keeps up.
