I wonder if thats the end to the "proper" wet season...?...if so it certainly finished with a bang...wowsers..!

Only 23 celcius max yesterday and the stream showers are now moving quickly east to Sou-east on the back of the high pressure systems..

Looking at the synoptic chart forecasts for the next 10 days it looks like the traditional winter tradewind pattern setting in..certainly no reef fishing weather for the next week or so at least.

I know I say it every year but the next couple of months are my least favourite time of the year depending on how long the miserable windy,showery weather hangs on for ..

For what its worth the BOM are suggesting below average rainfall for the next few months...No complaints from me if it happens..
