Fairly consistent wind and showers haven't really been all that good for the school holidays, or work. keeps the grass green though.

Yes we are staying in the Gordonvale area, just waiting, waiting for our new block to be titled before we can finalize plans and start building. With the level of building and also groundworks etc around we might be renting for a fair while.

Could be nice little weather window end of this week, best get to the ramps early if it comes off on Friday.
