So this is not something you see everyday, for the first 4 months of the year Iam in front of the mighty Tully sugar mill by 0.2mm lol, I was sitting on 1983.5mm up until the end of april and Tully Sugar mill was 1983.3mm !!!! they have since pulled past me with a wet start to may compared to dry here but still this would be a very rare occurrence i would think.

Bunyip is way ahead of tully and probably even Babinda at this stage. Babinda still hasnt logged april data yet which I find very frustrating considering it is the wettest town in australia you would think they would be a bit more proactive and proud to send through more regular data.

lucky you aren't interested in the rainfall where I grew up haha. We recorded for BoM manually with a properly set up gauge, but it was entered manually on a paper chart and Dad sent it in at the end of every year. Just as I was moving on they were about to set up an automatic gauge in the paddock.
