We are starting to get fast moving heavy showers down this way after on and off showers all day and last night...

Plenty of flash flooding down here around Innisfail..some hail reported earlier at Cowley..

Heard reports of 200mm in an hour and more reliable reports from someone I know of 180mm in 2 hours..

We havent had those really intense scuds yet but with the constant moisture feed coming onto the coast up Cairns way I feel anything could happen tonight if that continues..the creek on the driveway is already impassable..

Also masses of storms moving in from the west..chilligoe even looks to be getting some...

Geez I hope it doesnt all come together as a big convergence zone on the coast tonight..

How are you Cairns and Daintree guys going..you getting the torrential stuff yet..?
