80.5mm here for April, well down on average. The wet season since Nov1 we've had 2855.5mm, down on last year's 3526.5mm mainly due to Cyclone Jasper. It could be a wetter May Day weekend ahead.

Apr: 80.5mm
YTD: 2145mm

A bit of rain here overnight, 7.5mm in the gauge.

The BOM rainfall deciles map seems to show just how wet it's been in the north in the last 3 years.

Nice on and off rain, with a heavy shower right now. Like this weather. Nice change from Chillagoe.

Well 14mm Friday morning and 31mm this morning has got things soggy again.
The last little dry spell was lovely, even had to water the gardens a couple of times
with the new veggies seedlings needing a help along.

Cheers

Just over 4 inches in the gauge last 2 days till 9am with some quite heavy showers overnight...

Wish i had have grown out my vege seedlings more before planting out..bloody grasshoppers and some bug thats snipping stuff off have been very frustrating..

Surprisingly I left here in smashing down rain this morning at 7.30and it was dry at Kurrimine till the heavens opend around 11am..We didnt bother setting up the whole IPSC course instead just some steels for some training runs...fortunately we managed to finish up just in time...

Another 32mm here this morning :)

And good showers again just now, seems like a day for TV & cutting up flood damaged shotgun shells.

Cheers

Yeah work shirt and pot belly weather up here :)

69mm in the gauge this morning. Some good heavy showers at times with a lot of breeze behind them.

Think I might start our Dry season thread, as this is not really Wet season rain anymore, just our
normal SE trade winds bringing rain with it.

Cheers
